A New Bike!
So… I bought a new bike! It was a completely spontaneous decision, which makes it even better. Here’s a picture…

Annnnnnd a few weeks ago, I started eating these Full Bars… (here’s a link www.fullbar.com ) I didn’t weigh the first few days because we didn’t have any scales. But since the first time I weighed, which was four days after I started, I’ve lost 10 pounds. So… I bought this bike. So, here we go! Maybe this will distract me from things, ya know. Woo.
Details in the Fabric
So… I love Jason Mraz. He rocks my socks off. And I love this song. James Morrison joins him and it makes it even better. Amazing song. Here’s the lyrics.
Details in the Fabric-Jason Mraz (Featuring James Morrison)
Calm down
Deep breaths
And get yourself dressed
Instead of running around
And pulling on your threads and
Breaking yourself up
If it’s a broken part, replace it
if it’s a broken arm then brace it
If it’s a broken heart then face it
And hold your own
Know your name
And go your own way
Hold your own
Know your own name
And go your own way
And everything will be fine
Hang on
Help is on the way
Stay strong
I’m doing everything
Hold your own
Know your name
And go your own way
Hold your own
Know your name
And go your own way
And everything, everything will be fine
Everything
Are the details in the fabric
Are the things that make you panic
Are your thoughts results
of static cling?
Are the things that make you blow
Hell, no reason, go on and scream
If you’re shocked it’s just the fault
Of faulty manufacturing.
Everything will be fine
Everything in no time at all
Everything
Hold your own
Know your name
And go your own way
Are the details in the
fabric (Hold your own,
know your name)
Are the things that make you panic
Are your thoughts results
of static cling? (Go your
own way)
Are the details in the
fabric (Hold your own,
know your name)
Are the things that make you
panic (Go your own way)
Is it Mother Nature’s sewing machine?
Are the things that make
you blow (Hold your own,
know your name)
Hell no reason go on and scream
If you’re shocked it’s
just the fault (Go your
own way)
Of faulty manufacturing
Everything will be fine
Everything in no time at all
Hearts will hold
The One That Got Away
So, I had a very good something in my grasp… Pretty firmly I might add… And I let it slip away. I’ll just tell you I feel stupid. I don’t really blame it for slipping away. I guess I just haven’t learned to not let my past determine my future. Maybe that will come after I stop hitting myself upside the head over this.
Bleh.
In other news… I got married today on The Sims 3. Yep.
Weekend Cake-O-Rama
As all of you know, I had to make five cakes by myself this weekend. It turned out pretty well, even though I was sick… Here’s some pictures…
This cake was fun… The lady really liked it…
This was for a wedding. It was huge. I haaaate my writing.
This was for my aunt and uncle’s wedding reception. Momma made the roses.
This was the groom’s cake for my aunt and uncle’s wedding reception. His favorite race person was Dale Earnhardt, Sr.
This cake is completely sugar free. My dad ordered it as a trick for his brother. It was pretty funny. We brought this cake out first. And he was like, “Mark Martin?!” Ha…
Well… There we go…
Regret
If something ever possesses you and you feel the urge to buy this book… You need to slap yourself in the face. I’m serious. I haaaaaaaaaaate Biochemistry. And of course, I am on here writing a blog about it instead of studying for the freakin’ test I have tomorrow… I regret signing up for this class… Blah! But… I guess if that’s the only thing I regret for the rest of my life, I’ll be in good shape. Right?
Anyway… Danny Gokey is hot! ….And… I love you. =D
Luau!
So, we had a luau at the dorms tonight. There were fruit kabobs, smoothies, door prizes, games. Of course, Kim, Melissa, and I went just for the fruit and smoothies and then we came back to our apartment and had our own little luau. Here are some pictures.
Here we are with our leis and our smoothies with the little umbrellas in them.
And there’s Melissa with her “chicken kabob”. Of course, there’s only one piece of chicken on it, but that’s the most important part of the kabob.
I should be studying for a Physics test… Ugh. Ready for the crop Friday and things. =D
Okay, Okay
I’m going to post some photos of my hair, since all of my readers have requested them. [I only have two readers, by the way.] Even though, both of them will see me Friday. Hey, is it supposed to be humid Friday? K… Here…

Store.

I don’t remember taking this one. But I was apparently in the bathroom.

At tha house.
At work!
And there you go!
Complete Randomness

This picture quality is horrible. But that’s beside the point. This is the trash can outside of McDonalds in Pochontas. It looks SO gross! Like a tongue or something. I didn’t touch it, Kimberly tried to make me. She not my momma.
This picture was taken a long time ago. Like, Fall ‘07. But it is still an amazing picture. Boy does Kimberly love her bread.
Tracey got me these things for Valentine’s Day! The turtle’s name is Fema. Yes, Fema. And she made me that card! Yay!
This is Sparky. He’s fat. And he likes to lay in the middle of the floor like this all the time. He gives kisses!
This would be Lizzy. She’s a dramaqueen. So, of course she would stick her tongue out at me.
Messing around with my hair after I got it cut. Woo!
Well… I was going to post a video… But it won’t let me. So, you should watch “Rock and Roll” by Eric Hutchinson. He’s pretty cool. Oh, and while you’re at it, listen to Jenny & Tyler. They’re pretty awesome, too.
I’m done with my tests for this week! Woo! I’m ready for the weekend. It’s gonna be exciting at the cake shop. We have two wedding cakes, a cake that feeds 250 people, and then four other regular cake orders. It’s going to be crazy! Alright, well, there you go!
So, how are you?
IceQuake 2009!
Welp… We’ve had class one day this week, and the electricity went out due to the IceQuake. We’ve been calling it an IceQuake, because we had an earthquake Sunday night or something, I don’t remember. So, yeah. I came home, or to the office, rather, because we have power here, but not in Tuckerman. My kitties are cold.
We don’t have class the rest of the week. I don’t like this ice mess. One of my most favorite things about Williams was how pretty the trees were during the fall and spring. I’m not sure that we’re going to have many trees left though… Here’s some pictures, maybe, if I can figure out how to put them on here…
Okay, I did it…. These aren’t very happy pictures, sorry about that. Well, the last ones are funny. That’s Kimberly. We found one of the globes off the lights on the sidewalk… She did funny things with it…
And there we go… I have nothing else to say.
